Ron Foster, Sr. - Co-Founder

Started in the groundwater industry in 1957
Has worked all over the world, including stops in Vietnam, Bolivia, North Africa, Iran, & Peru
Thoroughly experienced in well design, completion and development; expert in well rehabilitation and well maintenance
Co-authored the book "Water Well Maintenance and Rehabilitation Technology" with the National Groundwater Association

Ron Foster, Jr. - Co-Founder

Started in the groundwater industry at 12 years old, after school in 1975 as a shop boy, rebuilding Turbine pumps until he was 18 and allowed to work in the field
Worked in pump installation and removal for several years, and was then promoted to work directly with the company chief electrician
Began drilling wells and was inspired to get into Well Development and Testing
After years of well drilling all over California, moved to Sonoma County
Started Groundwater Pump and Well in 1990 with his father
Obtained C-10 Electrical License and C-55 Water Conditioning License

Jessica - Office Manager

Grew up in Sonoma County
Straight from high school, began work as an administrative assistant and later a project manager for a local masonry contract
Joined Groundwater Pump and Well in 2007
In 2010, Jessica became the office manager and book keeper for Groundwater Pump and Well

Chad - Sr. Pump Mechanic & Outside Sales

Began working in the groundwater industry in 1999 with a background in plumbing
Joined Groundwater Pump and Well in 2003
Since his induction, Chad has become the resident water treatment expert and Groundwater's lead outside salesman
Though most of his days are now spent crunching numbers and making sales Chad still carries with him the knowledge and experience necessary for field work and every now and then is called out to run his old rig, Rig #2.

Will - Sr. Pump Mechanic

Started in the groundwater industry as a drill rig helper and later a pump mechanic for a local competitor in 2003
Joined the Groundwater team in 2006, taking charge of Rig #1
Over the years, Will has become a talented Pump Mechanic, specializing in large pumps and well rehabilitations
Participates in continuing education, and draws on the wealth of knowledge provided by Ron Sr. and Ron Jr.
With over 100 Well Rehabilitations under his belt, Will and Rig #1 have left many customers happier than when he found them

Brian - Pump Mechanic

Started at Groundwater Pump and Well in 2006 as a Helper with little experience
Quickly proving himself a hard and motivated worker, Brian spent his four plus years with Groundwater gaining the knowledge to be a well-rounded pump mechanic
Though he carries the knowledge and experience of a pump mechanic that would typically work in the field on his own, Brian can often times be found working side by side with Will, pulling large Turbine Pumps or performing difficult Well Rehabs, always absorbing the experience of those around him

Tony - Pump Installer

First began working for Groundwater Pump and Well in 2004; left in 2006
In 2010, he came back to us and is currently working with Chad, heading the water treatment division and installing small domestic pumps
